You must be at least 21 years old and located in the Philippines to register and use gxgx. Age is verified during the KYC process before any account is activated.
Each individual may hold only one active account on gxgx. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held may be forfeited pending review.
All deposits, bets, and withdrawals on gxgx are processed in Philippine Peso. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods.

Each player may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, or any other linking factor — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited pending investigation.
Age Verification: gxgx verifies age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any deposits returned net of any winnings.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your gxgx account. This includes keeping your username, password, and OTP codes private. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow anyone else to access your account.
All bets and transactions made using your account credentials are considered to have been made by you, whether or not you authorised them. gxgx will not be responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account details.
gxgx may suspend an account if unusual activity is detected — including logins from unexpected locations or devices, or transaction patterns inconsistent with normal use. Account suspension for security purposes is not a breach of these Terms and will be communicated to you by your registered contact method.
All transactions on gxgx are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no foreign currency conversion applied to player accounts. Accepted payment methods include Philippine bank transfers, online banking services, and supported local e-wallets. The full list of currently accepted methods is displayed in your account at the time of deposit.
gxgx does not accept deposits made by credit card, debit card, or any cryptocurrency. Attempts to deposit via these methods will not be processed. Any funds transferred via an unsupported method may be returned net of any applicable processing fees or may take additional time to reverse, for which gxgx accepts no liability.
Important: Deposited funds become part of your gxgx account balance and are not held separately. You may only withdraw funds that were deposited by you and are not subject to an active bonus condition or pending review.
gxgx reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of anti-money laundering procedures. Accounts may be restricted pending this review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same PHP account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit, where possible. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released. This requirement cannot be waived regardless of account tier or balance amount.
Any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary for receiving a transfer are outside of gxgx's control and are your responsibility.
gxgx offers bonuses and promotional rewards as part of its general service and through the VIP loyalty program. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each offer, including any applicable activity requirements before bonus funds become withdrawable.
Bonus terms are presented clearly at the point the offer is made and must be read before acceptance. By claiming a bonus, you accept its specific terms as an extension of these general Terms and Conditions.
gxgx is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

In all cases, gxgx's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the net deposited balance held in that player's account at the time the relevant issue occurred.
